We are looking for Release Train Engineers with experience of Telecom for our client.
You must be a Swedish, Nordic, EEA or EU citizen, be a permanent resident in Sweden or have an EU blue card issued in Sweden.
Duties and accountabilities
- Lead and facilitate a very large Agile Release Train
- Coach and train members of the train.
- Continuously deliver IT businessvalue together with IT Delivery organisation and Business organisation
- Coordinate delivery from multiple delivery teams within ART, other ART’s and teams outside ART structure to ensure a successful outcome of business value.
- Managing and forecast the capacity within the delivery stream to secure that there are no bottlenecks to deliver the requested functionality.
- Plan, structure, follow up and improve the delivery stream output and way of working.

Key experience and qualifications required
You must have all of the following experience and competencies which must be evidenced in your CV:

- English speaking
- “Fluent” in Jira and Confluence
- Telco experience
